Making a contract Your booking is an offer to us to make a contract. This may be either an oral or a written contract. We will confirm the contract only by signature.
Payment a) within two weeks after the contract was made, we charge € 80,00 in advance. The full camping fee will be charged before departure. b) Delay of Payment The date of payment will be noted on your copy of the reservation, which will be sent to you in advance. If there is any delay of payment, we cannot ensure your booking anymore. In that case, we are authorized to quit the contract. The camper has to pay all the costs incurred.
Other fees We will charge fees of all kinds of utilities, like electricity and water when you depart.
Rents The camping rents are charged as shown in our list. You will get an updated list before the reservation is made. Only if you accept the updated list, we will make a reservation. We won’t give any prices off, even not if you leave earlier. Please note: At least 2 persons will be charged per campsite and per night. On agreement, single persons may be charged less.
Cancellation You can cancel your reservation at any time without any reason. You must have submitted your written (certified mail only) cancellation by the date of arrival, 03:00 pm. In case of cancellation we charge following fees: Not later than 22 days before expected arrival: € 50,00; 21 days or less before expected arrival: € 75,00. After 03:00 pm on the expected arrival date, we will charge the full price. The fees for changing a reservation will take a fixed rate of € 10,00. However, changing reservations should be made not later than 6 weeks before expected arrival. Campsites which neither have been taken by 11:00 am the day after the arrival nor which other arrangements have been agreed on can be given to other campers. In this case, we make a reservation for another campsite you can use. If your reserved campsite has not been prepared yet when you arrive, you will give us time to get the site ready by 06:00 pm the same day. If we do not manage the preparation on time, we will grant you another site. In case you do not like the alternate, you have the right to quit the contract at no further costs. However, we exclude any other kinds of refunds.
Campground’s Rules All campers respect the rules, especially concerning the quiet time (11:00 pm – 07:00 am and 01:00 pm – 03:00 pm). Failure to abide by these rules may lead to eviction without refund.
Errors expected Errors expected in terms of printing and calculating information may be corrected by us at a later time.
Visitors Visitors must check in at the reception.
Liability Campers must handle the campground’s equipment and facilities with care. In case of any damages, we will charge the person who caused the damage.
Single aspects of this contract that may be legally invalid, still apply analogously. Other terms of this contract are not effected by such an invalidity.
Any argumentation will be put on trial at the public court of the City of Ribnitz-Damgarten.
Arrival and Departure The site you reserved must be taken on the date of arrival by 03:00 pm and must be given back to us on the day of departure by 11:00 am. Otherwise we will charge one night camping rate. There are no arrivals allowed from 01:00 pm through 03:00 pm. Gates are locked at that time!
Your personal data will be digitally stored in order to maintain customer’s and other services.
Other terms Quiet time lasts from 01:00 pm – 03:00 pm and from 11:00 pm – 07:00 am. Gates are locked from 01:00 pm – 03:00 pm and from 10:00 pm – 07:00 am. Open Air events, like barbecue and live music take place at the restaurant. Such events will end not later than 11:00 pm. The campground map may vary in scale – some sites may differ in size compared to those shown on the map. Our rates include a local tourism tax of the City of Zingst. The campground “Am Freesenbruch” is for families in the first place. Single traveling teenagers, groups, etc. must make a reservation and are allowed only in accordance with us. For stays during summer (June through August) and several public holidays (Easter, Pentecost Sunday and Fall) others must make a reservation as well. Bookings with less than 7 nights cannot be accepted at the time of those vacations. Plastic coverage of the area in front of and inside tents is not allowed! We recommend all customers to have a travel cancellation insurance. We reject any responsibility for the correctness of this information.
